China and the Philippines blamed each other for the collision between the two ships

China and the Philippines have blamed each other for the collision of coast guard vessels in disputed areas of the South China Sea. The Philippines claims that a Chinese coast guard ship deliberately rammed one of its coast guard ships. On the other hand, China alleged that the Philippine ship deliberately rammed the Chinese ship. News, BBC.

According to the report, on Saturday (August 31), the coast guard ships of the two countries clashed near the sunken island of Sabina in the South China Sea.

The two ships collided but no one was injured. Commodore Jay Terilla of the Philippine Coast Guard said that their 97-meter-long ship Teresa Magbanua was damaged several times by the Chinese ship. On the other hand, the same complaint has been received by the Chinese authorities.

It should be noted that the dispute between these two countries has been going on for many days over many islands and areas in this region of the South China Sea. Because of that, such incidents often happen.
