Russian spy whale Hvaldimir died. On Sunday (September 2), the body of the whale washed ashore in Norway.

The news of the body of the much-talked-about spy whale floating in the port city of Risavika has created a huge stir across the country. Beluga whales were first seen in Norway 5 years ago. The body was accompanied by a Go-Pro camera. On which was plainly written the personal instrument of St. Petersburg. It is assumed that Havaldimir is used by Moscow as a spy.

Besides, the last part of the whale's name is similar to Vladimir Putin. Which sparked the discussion. According to news agency AFP, the cause of Havaldimir's death is not yet known. In addition, the smog created the death of beluga whales in just 15 years.

The whale's body has been preserved for necroscopy, authorities said. However, the Moscow administration did not comment on this.
